One month post purchase: Having set up several home theater systems for friends in the past, when i finally purchased a Samsung 40″ LCD flat panel I was sure I didn’t want the hassle for myself. The sound bars I listened to were inadequate, so I went for the ZVOX 325. It is as easy as anything could possibly be to set up, very clean looking and doesn’t take up much space. Sound quality is fair at best – and disappointing given the price. Certainly not as good as even a low end Sony home theater in a box. But its not junk either, therfore the three star rating. It may not be the ZVOX units fault, but neither comcast nor samsung could help me figure out a way to operate the sound levels from the cable or tv remote. I now have a two remote system which may contribute to my lack of excitement about this unit.

If you’re looking for a rich-sounding audio bar then GET THIS ONE. It rocks! If you’re looking for a surround sound system, this isn’t going to be it (nor should it be construed as such w/o multiple speakers). Really easy to set up and dial in TV sound that has depth. Plus it has a remote so you can blend it with your TV audio from where you sit. I got mine as a factory refurb and saved about $70.

The 30-day trial period is much toooooo long. We knew within 5 minutes after installing the ZVox 35 that this was exactly what we have been searching for the past 2 or 3 years. Very reasonable price; EASY control; small footprint; FABULOUS, concert-hall quality sound! We actually discovered that not all of the anchors MUMBLE – we just thought they did, due to the poor quality speakers in our big screen TV. I am a trained musician and have lamented the quality of TV sound – NO MORE. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for great sound without all the messy speaker wires, extremely high cost, and additional speakers. This one works!

Great sound, feels like you are in a concert hall. The louder you set it the better it gets. I have not been able to turn it up to the point of sound distortion. Its hard to belive that such a small device packs such a great 3D sound with all the highs and lows
